Meet the founders
Lawrence Flores
Lawrence’s background in the financial services industry and his business degree gives him a special lens into understanding the demands of a business owner. This perspective helps him align a client’s technology to their business goals. For over 20 years Lawrence has led ProActive’s team of talented network engineers providing end user support to tackling large migration projects. ProActive has always focused on looking out for the business owner in a turbulent business world.
What started as a job on the help desk for a mutual fund company grew to becoming a technology leader who solves problems. Clients enjoy working with Lawrence’s team because they deliver results.
As a Latino entrepreneur in San Francisco, Lawrence takes great pride in engaging the San Francisco community that has given him so much. Organizations like the Latino Community Foundation Men’s Giving Circle give Lawrence an opportunity to help our next generation succeed. Lawrence enjoys cooking with his family, coaching son’s baseball team, watching his gifted daughters perform and good old fashion University of Georgia Football on Saturday.
Michelle Londoño
Michelle Londoño, Relationship Manager at ProActive Network Consulting, pulls from her experience as a Girl Scout troop leader, a community organizer and as a Public Health Nurse. Experienced in the nursing process, Michelle digs deeper and gets to the root of the client’s needs.
She enjoys growing internal and external relationships, cultivating a positive company culture and stands behind her team. She will continue to guide ProActive’s customer experience and give tech the personal touch.
In the off hours, you’ll find Michelle at Business Women’s Community events, learning the nuances of Tahitian dance, or hiking with her family.
