At ProActive our mission is to provide quality, small business tailored IT services, while helping our customers, employees and community to grow and reach their full potential.

Above all, we invest in our client partnerships and view their problems as our own, allowing them to forget their technological worries and focus on what they do best. We value open communication with our clients, readily giving us the feedback that helps us to grow and better serve them.

Furthermore, we support our staff’s personal growth and technical skills, allowing them to excel in their areas of interest and broaden their knowledge base.

Lawrence Flores, Jr.

President

Lawrence Flores, founder of ProActive Network Consulting, is a proud Latino entrepreneur, who leads a talented team of IT professionals in consulting and supporting small businesses. He received his degree in finance at the University of Georgia and shortly after moved to San Francisco to work in the financial services industry. This experience taught him the importance of building a resilient computer network and his consulting work showed him that small businesses lacked the IT services afforded to larger companies, inspiring him to start his now 25+ year strong company. ProActive’s responsive team and tailored IT solutions allow his clients to thrive in great and challenging times.

Lawrence enjoys spending time with family and participating in the Latino Community Foundation Giving Circle and volunteering in the community. You will also find him developing his Krav Maga, yoga, and Salsa dancing skills.

Michelle Londoño

Principal

Michelle Londoño, Lead Designer at ProActive Network Consulting, pulls from her experience as a Girl Scout troop leader, a community organizer and as a Public Health Nurse. Experienced in the holistic nursing process, Michelle digs deeper and gets to the root of the client’s needs. She complements this experience with her certification in Design Thinking. She enjoys growing internal and external relationships, cultivating a positive company culture and stands behind her team. She will continue to guide ProActive’s customer experience and give tech a much-needed personal touch.

In her off hours, you’ll find Michelle at University of San Francisco Alumni events, learning the nuances of Tahitian and Contemporary dance, or hiking with her family.
